Board interview questions

A comprehensive question bank for residency board interviews, by Dr. Abdullah AlNajem.

Overview

Board interviews are often brief (around 10 minutes), somewhat predictable, and heavily CV-based — but they can still surprise you. Interviewers care more about how you think and respond than memorized facts. Your tone, confidence, and body language make a lasting impression.
