about MOC

Built on-call. Born out of chaos.
MOC was created in the middle of pagers, pressure, and progress notes you’re too tired to write.

It started with one simple intention:
To make internal medicine feel less like drowning and more like a system you can actually trust.

Created by a resident who’s lived the second-guessing, the 3 AM decision-making and the “why did I do this to myself?” moments. MOC is a space filled with practical templates, real-life clinical approaches and gentle reminders that you’re not alone.

About Me

Hi, I’m Hussa an internal medicine resident in Kuwait.
I built MOC because I needed it myself.

I wanted a space that was both clinically helpful and emotionally grounding. A place where medicine could feel less like survival mode, and more like something structured, supportive and human.

I love systems that make sense, pages that are clean and clear, and knowing exactly where to find what I need especially when everything else feels overwhelming. That’s the heart of MOC.

This isn’t just about learning medicine.
It’s about surviving it. And maybe, slowly, loving it again.

💌 Why I Built MOC

Because sometimes, all we need is:
– a simpler note format
– a one-page clinical guide
– or someone to say:
you’re doing better than you think.

If that’s what you need today

welcome home. ♥️
